When will you ship my order?
All orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days in metros, and 4-7 working days for the rest of India.
How can I Track my order?
You can track your order once it has been shipped. An email and SMS will be sent with a tracking link.
EXCHANGES
⚠️ IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
* The original VENUS SHINE clothing tag must be intact and attached to the product.
- If the brand tag is removed, broken, or tampered with, the product will NOT be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges if there is a size issue or a damaged product.
- Rate for Exchange: ₹100 per order (for courier & logistics charges).
How do I Initiate an Exchange?
Please mail us at venusshine743@gmail.com to initiate an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please mention:
* Order Number / Registered E-mail ID
- Size/Product needed in exchange
Do you arrange for reverse pickups?
Yes, we have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. In case reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse.
